• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Reliability.
• Adaptability.
• Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services is encouraged.
• Willing to work occasionally and/or be on call overtime, holidays, and weekends.
